Waking up without that familiar jab in my neck felt strangely relieving. I’d been battling bad sleep for weeks and my shoulder hurt every morning. Did the stretches, slathered on creams. Nothing really helped. I met a rep at the Costco promo stand and after a quick chat they pointed me to a couple of pillows to try. They said I could return it if it didn’t work. I took one home and noticed a difference after night one. By the third and fourth night I was actually sleeping longer and not hobbling out of bed. That’s the point I knew it was doing the job. My neck and shoulder are much better now. I can feel the support and it’s made a real difference. I’m happy and looking into getting one of the Luffsleep mattresses next.
Rainy doorstep to better sleep
Two boxes at the back door on a rainy morning — that’s how it began. The Luff mattress rolled out pretty much exactly as promised and the delivery team were brilliant, careful with the stairs and patient while I faffed about trying to choose the room. It inflated quickly and after a couple of nights it settled into a comfy, supportive feel — noticeably better sleep, honestly. I did email customer service about a recent price change and they replied promptly, polite and actually sorted a small query I had, which was refreshing compared with other places I've used. Packaging and setup were fuss-free. All in all, glad I took the chance, really pleased and would recommend to others.
Finally sleeping properly
supportive without feeling like sleeping on a plank. No rolling together, keeps its shape, and honestly I'm sleeping deeper than I have in ages. The Bamboo Honeycomb pillows are a nice bonus — cool side, warm side, clever and comfy. Small niggles? None worth mentioning. Overall good quality, sensible price and I'm well chuffed. Would recommend to anyone fed up with tossing and turning.
Worth the scepticism
I’d been really wary about buying another mattress after a year of scrappy choices. We’d tried three from that big high-street place and each time ended up with more backache than sleep — soft went flat after the trial, medium felt the same, and the firm was just brutal. So when I spotted a Luff stand at Costco I was sceptical but curious, and my partner nudged me over to talk to Laura. She wasn’t pushy at all, just talked through options, did that patient demo thing and actually listened to what I said about hips and lower back. We’ve been using Luff pillows for ages, funny enough I didn’t even realise they made mattresses. Went for the king-size medium and it’s been nearly three weeks now — night and day. I can’t believe how much better I sleep, I wake up not aching, and bedtime doesn’t feel like doom anymore. Do I still worry? A tiny bit, because nothing’s perfect, but the 200-night guarantee helps me relax. Proper thanks to Laura and the team — honestly, could not be happier.
Nice cover, slow refund
the product was fine, the feel was half-right, service was slow on the refund. Shouldn't be the customer's job to keep reminding them. A bit disappointing, really.
