the product images matched the rug exactly, and the site has clear notes about making and caring for the hides which helped me decide. Within hours of ordering I got a message that they were preparing my rug, and it arrived from the Netherlands to the UK in four days, well packaged and their customer service was responsive. The quality surprised me in a good way — neat stitching, accurate size, looks better in situ than on screen. Price felt fair, not the cheapest but reasonable for the finish. I'll be back for a sheepskin, sooner rather than later.
Oddly calming, actually
Strange little find — I got this hide for my son because we’d just moved to a colder flat and I wanted something familiar from my childhood. It’s heavier than I expected, a bit greasy to the touch in the middle but soft at the edges, and it sits nicely on the floor without flapping about. He’s been using it to flop on while doing homework, so it gets used rather than just being decorative. A small hassle to wait, but the quality makes it worth the patience. All in all practical, feels solid and my son likes it, which is enough.
