I’d happily order from them again. I found them when I was trying to send a birthday present to my partner from a distance, which felt a bit rubbish at the time. Lucy made it all much less awkward, helping with gift wrapping and a personal note without adding extra costs. My first thought was basically, “oh, that was easier than expected”. The hide itself arrived quickly and looked properly well made, not flimsy or rushed. Really glad I took a chance on them — saved the birthday, or at least made it less of a logistical circus.
Stock status didn’t match reality
The issue wasn’t really the delay itself; it was being told different things after I’d paid. I ordered a sheepskin rug through PayPal because the site said it was in stock. Lucy then emailed to say it would arrive early the next week, which seemed fair enough. After a week of silence I chased it up, only to be told it would not be available until April. Oddly, the rug was still marked as in stock online. I asked for a refund and was told it had been processed, but no confirmation arrived the following day. A disappointing first order, honestly. I’d check stock directly before buying.

Oddly calming, actually
