Baker Boy cap
I made a mistake when I ordered the wrong size Baker Boy cap. I had to return it because it didn't fit properly. But, I was really impressed with how fast the delivery was, and the staff were so helpful when I needed to return it and get a refund. I'm planning to order the right size Baker Boy cap as soon as it's available again. Thanks a lot. Cheers.
Recent merino/cashmere sweater purchase
I've been buying your merino/cashmere sweaters for more than twenty years now, and I've always been impressed by how good they are. But I have to say, my last purchase has really let me down. The sweater I got this time is not up to your usual standard - it's much thinner, almost see-through, and shorter than usual. That's not what I expect from your brand of excellence. I'm sorry to say that I won't be buying this sweater again.
Sweaters
I had such a good experience with the customer service team at this company. I struggled a bit with the online payment process, but the advice desk was so helpful and talked me through placing my order over the phone. The person I spoke to was really patient and made sure everything went smoothly. The stuff I ordered is top-notch quality, and now I've even suggested this company to my friends and family. It was a nice touch that the packaging was environmentally friendly too.
Order of 3 items
I was really looking forward to getting my order with 3 things in it, but when I rang up to see where it was, I was told that 2 of the items were out of stock and the other one wouldn't be ready until the end of May. It really annoyed me that no one bothered to tell me about this beforehand. I ended up cancelling the whole order because I was so let down. It's strange to me why their communication is so poor when I've had positive encounters with them in the past.
Order not received
I ordered something on 26th May and got confirmation that it was dispatched, but it still hasn't arrived. The customer service wasn't very helpful - I asked for a refund but was told to wait for an investigation into the missing parcels. It's been really frustrating dealing with the lack of response and not getting the issue resolved.
Fast delivery but poor quality items
I was really disappointed with my recent purchase from this company. The Autumn Floral Skirt had a strange bleached effect on the dye, which made it look cheap and badly made. The pink tie-dyed jumper was of really poor quality, and the colour was just too bright and gaudy for my taste. The jacquard cardigan was also disappointing as it was too small and felt like it was made from cheap materials. I sent all the items back quickly because they just didn't live up to what I was expecting.
But then the return process was so annoying too - the parcel got to the post office box on the 24th of April, but no one picked it up until I had to phone and ask about it. It's been ages since I sent the stuff back and I'm still waiting for my refund of $180.50. The drop in quality of both the products and the service of this company is clear to see, and it makes the high prices of their stuff even more ridiculous. Their clearance section, which is supposed to have good bargains, mainly just has lousy items from China that really aren't worth the money.
I had a bad time with a different dress before, it made me itch because of the dodgy dye quality. This most recent purchase was the last straw for me. I won't be shopping here ever again.Item order change
I gave customer services a ring first thing in the morning to tweak my order, and I was really happy with how quickly and efficiently the guy on the phone helped me out. I appreciate the swift response to my request.
Cozy cardigan
I absolutely love shopping from this place because their cardigans are incredibly cosy and just make me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. Whenever I wear them, I instantly feel good and they're just perfect for snuggling up in on those chilly days. It's safe to say my collection is expanding and I couldn't be more thrilled with my buys.
Cotton Jacket Without Hood
I absolutely loved the cotton jacket I bought from this company. It was really hard for me to find a good cotton jacket without a hood, so I was so happy when I found this one. The quality is really great and it fits me perfectly. I also love that the packaging is compostable, it's a big plus for me as I'm trying to be more environmentally conscious. The delivery was super quick too, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a brilliant experience and I'll definitely be shopping here again.
Polo neck lambswool sweater, men's size XXL
I bought a XXL men's lambswool sweater with a polo neck not long ago, and I have to tell you, I was really let down. The waist band on the sweater is completely lacking in stretch, so it just kind of sags around my waist like the hem of a lady's dress. When I laid it out flat, the waist band measured 600mm, which works out to a waist size of 47.25 inches - way too big for my 42-inch waist. I wouldn't dare wear it out in public, it would just make me feel uneasy and self-conscious.
Warm jumpers
The jumpers I bought were super warm and cosy, but the sizes were a bit odd. Sometimes they fit just right, and other times they were either too big or too small. It was a bit irritating, but not a huge deal really.
A cotton jumpsuit
I bought this jumpsuit and it's honestly the softest cotton ever! It fits me perfectly and I simply adore wearing it. The best bit was it arrived in just 24 hours, which is really quick! I couldn't wait to try it on as soon as it arrived, and I wasn't disappointed one bit. It's definitely my new favourite outfit!
Helpful customer service, alternate delivery suggestion
I had a really good chat with the customer service rep who helped me decide on the right size to order. She was friendly and also recommended a different delivery company that works better for my rural area, which was really helpful. I can't quite remember her name though.
Men's cardigans purchase
I bought two men's cardigans from this company recently and I have to say, I was really impressed with the whole experience. I placed my order on a Wednesday and was pleasantly surprised when my items arrived within just 24 hours, all thanks to EVRI. The quality of the cardigans is excellent, just what I was looking for. I really appreciate the quick service and speedy delivery.
Double charged cardigan
My mum rang up to order a cardigan but got charged twice, each time a different amount. When she called to check, she was told some excuse without even an apology. It really upset her, especially being elderly. I've never had any trouble ordering online myself, but it seems like their phone system is a bit dodgy. Just a heads up.
3 pairs of trousers
I bought three pairs of trousers from this company to see how they would fit. One of them was a bit weirdly shaped and more pricey, so I chose to send it back on my own. Their refund system was quick, so that was a plus. But I noticed a hole in another pair that I hadn't even worn yet. Even so, I just decided to keep them because I didn't want to pay for another exchange.
Coatigan bought online with standard delivery
I recently bought a coatigan online while I was in the USA and had it sent to my place in London. It was a nice surprise when it arrived much quicker than I thought, in just 2 days. When I got back to the UK, my package was waiting for me only 2 hours later on the same day. The quality of the coatigan was even better than I expected, the colour matched exactly like the picture. I think WoolOvers makes clothes of really good quality, using natural materials, and keeps a high standard for all their stuff. Even though the prices can be a bit high, they often have sales which offer really good value for their products. The classic styles they offer are timeless and still look good even after lots of washes. Overall, I'm really happy with what I bought and I wouldn't think twice about buying from them again in the future.
High quality clothing, trustworthy service, clear communications
The clothes I bought from that company were really good quality, just like they said they would be, and they fitted me perfectly. The customer service I got was top-notch, they were honest and kept me informed the whole time I was placing my order. I'm really pleased I found this company and I will definitely be shopping with them again.
Recent online order amendment
I had to change an online order I made recently and was surprised to find a phone number for customer services that was easy to find, which doesn't happen often these days. Even more surprising was that Jack answered my call quickly and sorted out my issue without any problems. He was really polite the whole time too. I'm really happy with the great customer service I got from Jack.
Next day delivery disappointment, average quality jumper
I was really let down by my recent purchase from this company. I paid extra for next day delivery, but it didn't arrive when it was supposed to. I got in touch with customer service to complain, but they didn't offer any apology or explanation. When the jumper eventually came, I was disappointed by the quality - it was just average. All in all, I wouldn't advise shopping here and would suggest checking out other options instead.
