I wasn't convinced at first — I saw the car seat in a mum group's Black Friday roundup and a friend even pinged me the link. Baby's due in early February and I wanted things sorted before Christmas, but the 7–14 day lead time made me nervous. Still, the price was good so I ordered the seat with two bases. When the window passed I rang and messaged customer service a few times; they answered quickly, kept me updated and actually fixed a small mix-up. Delivery came only a bit later than expected, nothing catastrophic. I'm relieved, still a tad wary for future orders but generally pleased.
Relief after a shaky start
