I wouldn’t buy from them again — delivery didn’t happen and customer service only woke up when I mentioned formal action. I ordered a shower head about a month ago because the site looked alright and the spec was what I wanted, planning to fit it that weekend. Tracking later showed the parcel “delivered” but there was nothing at my door. I emailed several times; replies took well over a week each time and felt like they were buying time. After a few weeks of chasing I threatened to report them to Trading Standards — credit to another reviewer who suggested that route — and only then did they agree to refund. That was the surprising bit: the refund came through without more questions, which I didn’t expect given the rest. I nearly started a chargeback but had scant details beyond an order number, so that looked tricky. Overall it was a waste of time, slightly worrying that the company didn’t seem UK-based and communication was so poor.
