they rang me about taking over another firm and a rebrand for a contract that finished three years ago, and despite me telling them repeatedly I hadn't been a customer, £24.99 was still taken from my old account details. That felt like a breach — why keep irrelevant personal details? Getting through to anyone was a faff, too, so I had to chase. After a few calls and a complaint they finally issued a refund and explained what happened, clumsy as it was. My tip: keep an eye on old accounts and don't assume your data's been wiped.
Bit of a saga, but it works
steady, not that stop-start nonsense. Took longer than I'd like, and I kept checking my phone, but I can't deny the place is cosy now. Would I shout about them from the rooftops? No, but I'm quietly relieved and using hot water like it's a novelty.
