Upgrading my kitchen worktop with quartz material
I recently decided to treat myself to a new quartz kitchen worktop, so I thought I'd check out HC Supplies as they're known for their expertise and wide range of options. Ordering was really easy and straightforward, and I was able to pick a delivery day without any bother. What really impressed me was the level of communication - I got a call from the driver the day before to confirm the time slot. It put my mind at ease and let me get everything ready, like putting out some parking cones. I've actually ordered from HC Supplies a few times before, and every time has been just as smooth and reliable. Awesome service and delivery
I recently purchased some fantastic worktops and I must say, they are absolutely brilliant! The customer service I received was simply top-notch, they kept me well informed about my delivery every step of the way. When the delivery driver called me upon arrival, I was unfortunately stuck on the motorway and couldn't get back home in time. However, he was incredibly determined to make the delivery and went above and beyond to ensure I didn't have to deal with a rescheduled delivery. He even managed to get my neighbour to accept the delivery on my behalf. I highly recommend this place to anyone, and without a doubt, I will be shopping here in the future. Also, the worktops themselves are truly beautiful.

I bought some worktop samples and a worktop from HC Supplies recently, and I have to say, I'm really pleased with the service I got. The team sent me free samples a few times to make sure I was happy with my choice, and they even gave me some bigger samples when I wanted to see more detail in the patterns. I bought some worktops from this company recently and although the products were good quality, I was really unhappy with the delivery service they provided. I paid for delivery and expected a professional and efficient service, but sadly that wasn't the case. The delivery driver they sent seemed unable to lift the items on his own, even though he was supposed to do so as part of the service I paid for. This meant that, as a disabled person, I had to ask someone else to help the driver bring the worktops into my home. It made what should have been a simple process more difficult and stressful.
On top of that, the driver didn't want to bring the items inside the house and was rude to me during the first delivery attempt. This behaviour was completely unacceptable. Companies need to make sure their delivery service is not only quick but also respectful and considerate towards customers. Had possibly the worst experience ordering from them.
Firstly, it's important you're aware that you aren't buying directly from HC Supplies. They're just a middle-man. When something goes wrong, there's no accountability. It's "sorry that's got nothing to do with us". Absolute ...!
Secondly, their delivery says shipped within 2-5 working days. You pay the £40 but know that there's a good chance it will take longer than that. If you're going to order, order with good time.
Thirdly, terrible communication. As you aren't buying directly, there's ZERO visibility on the customer's side on how your order is progressing. In fact, each time I had to call them to find our what the ... is going on.
Fourthly, the customer services staff aren't empathetic. They had a "not-my-problem" attitude. I really just can't believe it.
When I purchase from companies, the product is as important as customer experience and this experience was shocking. Will never order from here again!!
