the colour swatches looked too good to be true and the price felt a touch suspicious. When the 4" floor mattress arrived, my worries were spot on; the shade was nowhere near the 'burro' tone shown, and the inner foam felt like a thin egg-crate, not anything remotely sturdy. Asking for returns has been tedious — no labelled returns, lots of "please wait", and they want a chunk taken off (about twenty percent) if it's been opened. Bit of a regret; I’d tell others to double-check pics and ask for clear return rules first.
