I must say, I was really impressed with my experience when I bought a dishwasher from this company. I've bought appliances from lots of well-known companies before, but this was the first time I'd shopped at Appliance City. What's more, the delivery was scheduled just 2 days after I made my purchase, which was much quicker than other companies. They even took my old dishwasher away for free, which was a nice little bonus. I was really impressed with Appliance City's service. Their prices were competitive and the customer service was top-notch. However, I was really let down by the delivery service. The delivery guys just dumped the items in the room I wanted, without offering to unpack them. I was hoping for a more professional service where they would unpack and take away the rubbish. The bad delivery experience spoiled what was otherwise a good shopping experience.
