Halfway through the first month I remember pausing at the sink, thinking "is that actually thicker?" My barber had suggested this and even showed me a mate's results, so I was pretty sceptical — temples and crown had been thinning for years. I've been applying it every morning, sometimes after the gym, part of my usual routine, and not bothering when I'm rushed. By six weeks there's a noticeable change, not magic but proper improvement. My confidence is creeping back, which feels odd and quite welcome, honestly.
When I finally relaxed
