I signed up mid-May, thought it was fine at first — straightforward form, accepted as a new customer and taken the payment of £239. I was going to use the service that week but then they emailed saying I’d used an affiliate and had to pay more (that wasn’t on the sign-up page). They said a refund would be processed if I didn’t want to pay the higher price and to contact them to continue. I didn’t contact them, order was cancelled, but the refund didn’t arrive. After 11 days I chased them and was told I had to request the refund — which contradicts their earlier email. They’re now saying another 10 days. Delivery never happened and customer service is muddled and slow. Could be fine if handled properly, but this experience was messy.
Properly chuffed
I kicked off with Fella Health in March 2025 at about 330 lbs, just thinking I'd give it a go, and now I'm down 112 lbs — still a bit dazed, to be honest. First impressions were that the plan wasn't fussy, actually doable, and the meal ideas were surprisingly tasty, and the coaching felt real, not robotic. The standout for me was Stanley — proper legend — always jumping in, sorting glitches quickly, and following up so nothing was left hanging. Also didn't expect the energy boost so soon; clothes fit better, mood's up. Can't recommend them enough, really.
Worked better than I dared hope
It worked and I'm honestly pleased — took longer than I expected but the steady results suited me. I was wary about ordering weight-loss meds online, but Fella made the process straightforward and human. Shipments turned up when they said they would and the care team actually checked in by message and phone, answered my questions and didn’t feel like a bot. I used the meds alongside daily walks, slightly smaller lunches and cutting out evening snacks, so it slotted into my normal routine. Weight came off at roughly 1–2 lb a week; slower than the flashy adverts, yes, but sustainable and it stuck. At nearly 63, down almost 50 lb, I feel brighter and my clothes fit again. Grateful for the sensible support — I really didn’t expect it, to be honest.
A proper helpful human
I almost didn't bother ordering. I had that nagging doubt — who knows how customer service will be these days — especially after a couple of poor runs with other companies. But I took the plunge. At first I hung back. Then Stanley came on board. He’s been steady. Polite. Quick to answer. Not robotic. I sent my prescription and, because I moved house mid-process, it ended up going to the wrong place. Classic me. Stanley sorted it. He chased it, rang around, and kept me updated, even when I was fretting. That kind of follow-through matters. I still had the little worry that it would be another drama, but no. Smooth in the end. I appreciate someone who treats you like a person and not just a ticket number. Would I recommend him? Yes. Would I use them again? Probably. Felt reassured, and honestly a bit relieved. Nice to find decent service — and a bit of humour to boot.
