a knock at the door mid-afternoon, the courier apologetic, the box in better condition than I dared hope, and the item worked straight away. That tiny moment — unpacking, switching it on, and seeing it do exactly what it said on the tin — is when I relaxed. Later the company did admit they hadn't upgraded the postage as promised, and they offered a partial refund, which patched things up. Service was a bit patchy, communication could be clearer, and the online checkout was clunky, but the product itself is decent and, crucially, genuine from my checks. So not perfect, and I won't pretend I loved the whole experience, but that knock at the door turned my mood around. Would I try them again? Probably, but I'll phone first next time.
Not what I expected, but it worked out
Was scrolling Instagram on a dull afternoon and the tops looked alright, so I ordered quite a few. The website was annoying — pop-ups everywhere — and I think that muddled the basket because the order page only showed tees but I also got sweatshirts. Delivery itself turned up on time, which was a relief. Customer service were brusque at first and I had to chase them. After some back-and-forth they offered a partial refund and a replacement label. The print isn’t luxury, just decent for the price. I’ve had worse with other firms, so cautiously satisfied — not perfect, but fixed.
