I clipped it on and expected a little personalised touch while driving. Instead I got a fogged plastic window and a picture that was basically paper. You can’t really see the photo unless you hold it up to the light, and even then the plastic warps the image. The whole thing feels cheap in the hand. The edges are rough, the paper slips around and it rattles on bumpy roads. I use mine every day for a quick smile on the commute, so that was disappointing. On top of that I noticed my invoice showed an extra charge and a “tip” that I definitely didn’t add, and the promised free delivery disappeared after checkout. I emailed and messaged. The replies were short, almost identical, and didn’t answer the questions — felt automated. I asked for a proper contact, for someone to sort it, and got nowhere at first. After pushing a bit they offered a replacement and a partial refund. Not ideal, but the second clip arrived better made and actually works. Still wary, but relieved it was fixed in the end.
Dates kept changing, driver helped
Halfway through packing the van I noticed the delivery hadn't moved, and I needed the mattress because my bad back killing me. I ordered on 29 Jan, paid extra for priority, and was told it'd arrive before our deadline — then the ETA jumped twice. Messaging support felt like being offered upsell after upsell, 'pay another fee and we'll sort it', which was annoying and felt dodgy. In the end the box turned up two days late, but the driver carried it up three flights and apologised; mattress is fine. The process left a sour taste.
