ordered 26 July, arrived 1 August in North Bay, Ontario, so six days from Riga. I use the finished puzzle as a bit of weekend ritual now — we do a few pieces over tea — and it's on the mantel as a keepsake. Service was the highlight, really responsive, and the whole thing turned me from sceptic into properly pleased, yes, genuinely pleased.
Packing panic turned into a laugh
I was mid-pack during a move and knew I needed a personalised puzzle to cheer up the boxes-and-tape monotony — and because my back’s been rubbish lately, I wanted something to sit with rather than lug around. I sent off my artwork late one evening, half expecting the usual “we’ll get to it in a week” routine. Instead, I got an order confirmation within about half an hour and tracking not long after — proper quick. The parcel turned up in a matter of days, which, for international shipping, felt almost unreal. Customer service chimed in when I asked a daft question about sizes and were friendly, no faff, which I appreciated. The puzzle itself looks great for what I paid; neat print, no bent pieces. Not perfect — I had a small scuff on the corner of the box — but nothing that mattered. All in all they rescued a frazzled move day. I’ll use them again and recommend them to pals.
