I almost didn’t buy this because I’d read a few worrying comments about stock and refunds, and I needed something for my dodgy lower back so I was already anxious. In the end I ordered, hoping it’d be straightforward, but a month later nothing had arrived. They offered a tiny sample or to waive shipping rather than actually refund me — which felt like a shrug. I’m not bitter, but it’s annoying; other customers seemed stuck too. A bit of decent communication and a proper refund would’ve done it. Still, the product sounded promising, sadly never saw it.
Liked it, then the mess began
'processing', 'at facility', 'will ship in a few days'. It’s been a month and the emails just repeat. I phoned and left a message, no reply. I wanted to buy more as gifts, which stings. Product works, service doesn’t. Properly disappointing.
Sleepless-no-more
apologised, sped up the shipping and sorted a partial refund. It still came later than hoped, but the team actually cared and the spray seems to be doing the job. Bit stressful, but relieved now.
