shampoo, conditioner and the capsules. I’m 61, postmenopausal, and my hair had been thinning at the front so I was a bit fed up. The ordering was straightforward, site worked fine and the confirmation arrived quickly. Delivery turned up sooner than I expected and the parcel was neatly packed — no leaks or fuss. After three weeks I noticed less hair in the plug and the length felt thicker; after six months you can’t see my scalp at the parting anymore, which is a relief. I rang customer services once with a question about the supplements and they were helpful, quick and not scripted — actually useful. The products themselves last a long time, so despite the higher price it’s stretched out over months. I tipped my daughter off because she’s been losing hair from stress and she’s tried it too and seems to like it. All in all, pleased it worked for me, and glad the delivery and support were solid — made the whole thing easy to stick with.
Not what I ordered, but it grew on me
we changed it, no warning, no swap offer. Annoying. At first the new stuff felt harsher, my hair rubbed up against the comb and complained, felt drier and a bit stripped. I was ready to bin the lot and hunt for a replacement. But then I tried using it differently — a once-a-week deep clean rather than daily wash, with my usual conditioner after — and that’s the moment I knew I was actually ok with it. It cleared the buildup from styling paste and morning oil, gave noticeable lift at the roots and my blow-dry sat better for the day. It’s not the gentle, moisturising formula I loved, and the lack of communication still irritates me, but for my routine it found a role. I’m resigned to keeping the three bottles and using them for those heavy-clean days. Bit of a shrug, really.
When the formula changed
after a few weeks of steady use my brush stopped collecting handfuls, and the shower drain wasn’t a hair graveyard any more. I remember thinking, ‘oh good, this is actually doing the job,’ and feeling proper relieved. When the products disappeared late 2024 I couldn’t get them and did a fair bit of digging before reordering as soon as stock reappeared in mid‑2025. I grabbed two bottles of each, worried I’d miss them again. That’s when the problems began. The new conditioner contains salicylic acid and I reacted straight away — itchy, uncomfortable, so I had to stop using it. The shampoo I could tolerate, but it’s just... different: foams ridiculously with the smallest amount, has an odd damp‑dog aroma and, crucially, no longer seems to stop the hair loss. My shower plugged more than ever. I’m mildly surprised the bottles are sturdier and the caps better designed — that small detail actually impressed me — but it doesn’t make up for the clinical change in results. Feels like they’ve quietly reformulated and kept the old branding; if you relied on the original for hair loss, be careful. I’ve contacted customer service but didn’t get a straight answer, which has been rather frustrating.
Products work, company doesn’t
the actual hair products do what they claim, but the company’s customer service has become a real problem, so buy with that caveat. Delivery was impressive — everything turned up within a day — and that set a positive tone. I’ve been using the shampoo, conditioner, thickening spray and serum for about three weeks and, dryly put, my brush now contains fewer hairs. My hair feels thicker, it knots less and what used to take an hour to detangle now takes minutes, with noticeably less breakage. I have significant menopausal shedding and can’t have HRT for medical reasons, so I’d tried loads of stuff before — supplements, scalp treatments, infrared sessions — and didn’t get this kind of improvement. It’s early days, but when I massage the serum in I can feel fine new hairs, so there’s cautious hope of regrowth. The range clearly helps and I’d buy the items again; I even wish they offered a vegetarian collagen option, I would buy that too. Now the downside: the company used to be friendly and responsive but that’s changed. Emails go unanswered, queries are ignored and long-term customers seem to have been deprioritised. That’s disappointing and, to be frank, it affects how I feel about supporting them. Products and delivery get high marks from me, customer service does not. My practical advice: if you want the products for results, go ahead, but be prepared that post-sale support might be poor, and consider stocking enough so you don’t rely on quick replacements. I’m hopeful about my hair, slightly annoyed at the company, and I’ll probably look elsewhere if the service doesn’t improve.
