Oddly, the parcels arrived with mismatched sizes and after I pointed it out the replies stopped. I sent order details twice, got a form response then silence. Delivery itself was on time, but customer service just shrugged. Works if you don't mind chasing them, I'd warn friends to follow up.

All sorted in the end — really relieved and quite pleased. To cut to the chase, they refunded me and covered postage after a slow start. I had to chase them a few times and at one point thought I’d lost the lot, but they did look into it and fixed things. I needed the money for my u12 football team’s fundraising, so that relief felt proper. Cheers for getting it sorted, honestly.
