I ordered what looked like a swanky London coat — had a nagging sceptical voice but my old jacket died during a move so I went for it. At first it felt like a decent bargain and delivery was fairly quick, but up close the faux fur is scruffy, one coat has a loose button and the other a little hole, and the lining sheds everywhere. From a distance they’re warm and passable, so I still wear one for short trips, but honestly the workmanship is sloppy. Tried to get a refund and they wanted me to pay international return to China and only offered partial refunds or store credit. Annoying, feels misleading.
Faux-suede regret
you pay postage back to China (about £20 for a light item) and then wait ages for a partial refund — up to two months, they say. Not totally worthless — could be a dust cloth if you squint — but for what I paid, no thanks. Learned my lesson, won't recommend.
Not what I expected
I first saw them on Instagram after a mate tagged me. I was sceptical straight away, and for good reason. The order arrived late and the tracking was useless, courier changed dates twice. The clothes looked okay in photos but the quality was poor in person. Returns were a hassle — they moaned about postage back to China and gave me the old partial-refund or voucher routine. I did get something back after pestering them for ages, so not a total nightmare, but it took time and patience. Customer service eventually responded properly, albeit slowly. So mild relief at the end, but I wouldn’t recommend if you expect smooth delivery or easy refunds.
Comfy enough, but check the small print
Picked this up as a cheeky replacement for my everyday top and, to be honest, it's really comfy — the fabric feels soft on the skin and it's become my go-to for lounging and quick school runs with the kids. Colour stayed fairly well after a wash, though it did stretch a tad where the seams sit, so it's not perfect. The annoying bit was the wait; it took ages to turn up and that made me rethink the whole order. Worse, returns are a pain — I only found out afterwards I'd have to pay about £23 to send it back to Asia, buried in the small print, which felt a bit shady. They say send it yourself for a refund, but there's a risk they could claim they never got it. Still, despite the delivery and sizing hiccups, I like wearing it every day — just be cautious when ordering.
Not a UK shop — and a faff to return
don’t assume this is a proper UK seller. I ordered a dress thinking it was from London (their .uk site and a Facebook page said so) and got a dodgy item that I’d have to ship back to Asia at my own cost. I tried it for a party last month — first impression from the photos was fine, but when it arrived the neckline was fraying, the sizing was way off and the fabric felt cheap, nowhere near the description. I contacted customer services and they basically shrugged: either send it back to China and pay international postage yourself, or take a small refund or store credit. No prepaid return, no full refund without return. It felt misleading and a waste of time. Annoying more than furious, honestly — I’d have skipped it if I’d known. Posting this so mates don’t make the same mistake.
