four items ordered, only three arrived, and I actually wanted to send two back. Cue four months of polite silence. Emails vanish, Instagram replies promise “the team” will call back (they don’t), and there’s no phone number to get proper answers. So my initial doubts about reliability weren’t exactly eased — if anything they were confirmed. I’ll update this if they fix it, but right now it’s a useful reminder: product OK, customer support not.
Quick delivery, slow answers
I only noticed the fabric problem when I pulled the skirt out to wear for a meeting — the "100% cotton" tag didn't match what I could see, felt like cheap polyester and the seam by the zip was gaping. I emailed straight away asking for a return label and an address; got one automated reply saying it was "under review" and then silence. The phone number was pointless. After a few more emails and almost giving up, a real person finally got back and sorted a return and refund. Delivery itself was quick, so in the end I'm wary but reasonably satisfied overall.
