I bought the leopard top in my usual small but it was way too tight. I tried to swap it for a large and hit a brick wall. First they ghosted me, then I got vague replies, so I started to think this would drag on like other poor exchanges I've had elsewhere. Then, a few days later, a real person sent clear steps to return and reorder. That was the moment I relaxed. Not perfect, but the issue got fixed and I can wear the top now. Could have been smoother.
Came early, not quite right

Quick delivery, slow answers
