Not what I wanted, but not all bad 2 March 2026

the colour swatches on the site didn’t seem to match what I asked for, and the proof they sent looked more yellow than the orange we ordered. Still, I went ahead because production and shipping were promised fast and we were on a tight deadline. The hats did arrive quickly, and that part was a relief. Trouble was, one set had 36 out of 48 in the wrong shade — exactly the colour issue I’d been worried about. I flagged it and got a rather canned assurance that the chosen colour was correct, plus a promise it would take “weeks” to sort out. They’ve since updated the website, which suggests they recognised the problem, but the customer service when I raised it was disappointing — slow and not really helpful. This is the second time I’ve heard about the same mistake from others, which doesn’t inspire confidence. So yes, some positives: speedy turnaround and they fixed the site. But negatives matter too: colour mistakes and poor handling when you complain. I’m only cautiously satisfied — would consider them again in a pinch, but I’ll be triple-checking proofs and maybe using a different supplier if colour accuracy is critical.
