No-nonsense supplier that actually delivers
stick with them — they're worth it. I've been buying my wholesale stuff from this outfit for about four or five years now, maybe longer, and I wouldn't risk switching. I tried cheaper places once or twice to save a few quid, but items turned up late or bits were missing — nightmare. These guys ship fast, the kit is proper good quality and it saves you hassle. Also, their support is decent — friendly enough. If you've got customers to keep happy, don't be stingy; pay a bit and sleep easier.
Plain tees that actually work
I needed basic tees for my small print run after my previous supplier let me down, so I ordered a few dozen. To be honest I wasn’t expecting miracles, but the fabric feels right — a decent mid-weight, not see-through, soft after the first wash. Fit is mostly consistent though a couple of pieces were slightly roomy, which was annoying but manageable. The website was easy enough, delivery was free and pretty quick, and packaging kept everything tidy. Mildly sceptical at first, pleasantly surprised now; I’ll use them again. Labels are a bit scratchy but nothing major.

I remember ripping open the parcel a couple of weeks ago, half expecting a mess but it was all neatly stacked. I’d ordered blank t-shirts for some home-printing projects and started testing them that evening; the fabric felt decent, not flimsy, and sizing was consistent across the pack. What really stood out was the free delivery — it turned up quicker than I expected and nothing was squashed, which was a big relief. The website was dead easy to use, though I did faff about choosing colours. Prices seemed fair for bulk and the packaging was tidy. Pretty chuffed and will order again.
Not what I wanted, but not all bad
the colour swatches on the site didn’t seem to match what I asked for, and the proof they sent looked more yellow than the orange we ordered. Still, I went ahead because production and shipping were promised fast and we were on a tight deadline. The hats did arrive quickly, and that part was a relief. Trouble was, one set had 36 out of 48 in the wrong shade — exactly the colour issue I’d been worried about. I flagged it and got a rather canned assurance that the chosen colour was correct, plus a promise it would take “weeks” to sort out. They’ve since updated the website, which suggests they recognised the problem, but the customer service when I raised it was disappointing — slow and not really helpful. This is the second time I’ve heard about the same mistake from others, which doesn’t inspire confidence. So yes, some positives: speedy turnaround and they fixed the site. But negatives matter too: colour mistakes and poor handling when you complain. I’m only cautiously satisfied — would consider them again in a pinch, but I’ll be triple-checking proofs and maybe using a different supplier if colour accuracy is critical.
