Oddly, after years of buying and giving away Artisan/CJRB knives — honestly, half a dozen as gifts and a couple for me — I had high hopes for the Revel. It feels lovely in the palm, decent weight, blade grinds are tidy and the pocket clip sits well; you notice it during your morning routine and when slicing fruit. Trouble is the button lock is inconsistent, it doesn't always engage properly, so I sent an email asking for an exchange. No reply at all, not even a holding message. Kinda frustrating; feels a bit dismissive.
