Wary at first, but the kit fits my daily commute needs — packaging was solid, delivery actually quicker than expected, so I'm fairly pleased, yes, pleased.
Small but solid
Grey evening, I hesitated over a cheap-looking drill priced lower than B&Q; initially doubtful, bought it, used next morning, mildly impressed overall for small jobs.
Surprised in a good way
Took me by surprise — ordered a battery chainsaw late, it turned up next day with a couple of freebies. Customer service was helpful too. Will use them again, honestly.
Spare sorted quickly
Worked well, glad it arrived quickly — only wanted the mower, not charger or battery. Spotted Tooled-up on Google after a quick search, saved me a faff.
Bought over a cuppa

Saved my strimmer

Quick, friendly and surprisingly reliable
I was half expecting the usual faff, but after a few phone calls to their team over a couple of days things were unexpectedly smooth. The women on the phone were cheerful, friendly and actually listened — proper helpful, asking questions, checking details and not trying to push anything on me, which oddly made me more keen to buy. I ordered a mower on a Friday afternoon and, believe it or not, it turned up Saturday morning; I nearly fainted. Mower works brilliantly. Compared to other firms who've dawdled or been pushy, this felt refreshingly straightforward. Customer service deserves a proper mention. Very pleased, honestly.
Gardening tools purchase
I was really happy with the customer service in that store. The staff were so helpful and they helped me find the gardening tools I needed, which I couldn't find anywhere else. They had a great range of products and everything I was looking for.

I picked up some fantastic tools for the garden from there. They were really affordable, especially when they had that sale going on. The delivery was incredibly fast, and everything arrived in perfect condition. These guys are fantastic.
Cat scarers
I bought a couple of cat scarers from Tooled Up to try and stop those pesky cats ruining my vegetable patch. The price was great, actually cheaper than other places I checked. The website was easy to use too, so ordering was a doddle. They kept me in the loop about when my order was being sent out and when it would arrive, which was great. All in all, I was really impressed with the service from Tooled Up.
Cordless tools purchase
I bought some cordless tools from this company recently and I have to say, their prices are the best I've seen. Plus, their delivery was really fast, which is a great perk when you're excited to use your new tools. Dealing with them was a breeze and I'll definitely be buying from them again in the future.
