Don't bother. I'm glad I only ordered three things after a mate shared the site in a group chat — would've been worse. Items turned up looking cheap, like China mass-product cheap, not as described. Returns? They want you to pay postage back to China. They even suggested a "partial refund" while keeping the goods — laughable. I chased them for weeks. Lost about £96.78 in the end, but lesson learnt and grateful it wasn't worse, honestly. Wouldn't recommend to anyone I know.
Rainy-day dress find
Opened it on the tube and honestly I was ready to bin it. The fabric felt thin and a bit rough, seams looked rushed and the colour was off — definitely not what I expected. I hemmed and hawed, then after a few weeks I kept it because it's actually comfortable for lazy days at home and for quick errands; it washes okay too. So, initial scepticism faded to mild acceptance. Still annoying to return, and I’ll be wary next time, but it's usable.
Not worth the risk
Avoid them — I lost over £100 and didn’t get a refund. I ordered a couple of garments for work and casual weekends and expected a straightforward return when they didn’t fit. I contacted them, they said returns were handled from China not London and first offered 40% off to keep the items. I asked for a refund under their returns policy, then they offered 60% cash back. I said again the clothes are useless to me and want my money back. After that they stopped replying and blocked me. Oddly, one jumper’s colour was nicer than the photos.
Long wait, then relief
the dress didn’t match the photos, the fabric felt cheap, and returning things was a nightmare (apparently it had to go back to China, despite them saying they’re London-based). I’d had quicker, more honest experiences with other online shops, so it felt odd and a bit sneaky. They initially offered 20% back on a £54 dress, which I refused — it took a lot of emails and chasing to get the full amount. The moment I knew I could stop worrying was when the payment cleared; that little ping made a big difference. Still annoyed about the hassle and the low-quality stuff, but relieved it’s sorted. If you’ve shopped around you’ll know what decent service looks like; this wasn’t it at first. Wouldn’t rush back, but at least they eventually did the right thing — begrudgingly.
Nearly gave up, refund finally came
I emailed three times and heard nothing. After a spell the refund did appear (about what they promised). Not a great experience, delivery was as predicted, service flaky but ultimately usable.
