Clothing for husky gentleman
Being a bit on the bigger side, it's always a bit of a mission for me to find clothes that actually fit me properly. But, I have to say, my time shopping at this store has been amazing. The website is really straightforward and I can easily find what I'm looking for without any hassle. And the best thing is that the stuff I've bought actually fits me perfectly. The deliveries have always been spot on and bang on time, with really nice delivery folks too. All in all, I'm super happy with the service and I'll definitely be coming back for more shopping in the future.
Oversized T shirts
I recently bought some T-shirts from this shop and they were really nice, plus they were a good price. However, I ordered a size 5XL and when they arrived they were labelled as 5XL/6XL which made them too big for me. I wish the website had been clearer about this. I did like that they included the model's height for sizing reference though. Also, I paid extra for fast delivery but the products took longer to arrive than expected due to a bank holiday weekend. That was a bit disappointing as I had ordered them as gifts for the weekend.
Recent order
I recently bought something from this company and I thought it was pretty good overall. It was easy to order and I didn't have any trouble finding what I wanted on their website. The service was quick and I always knew what was happening with my order. The prices were fair and I felt like I got my money's worth. My delivery came on time and everything was in good shape. I bought some clothing recently and I was really happy with how good the quality was. It fit me really well, just as expected. Next day delivery delay
I was really let down by this shop. I paid extra for next day delivery and ended up waiting over a week for my item. They did refund the delivery charge, but it was still annoying to get the shirt after I'd already gone on holiday. Stores like M&S and Amazon manage quick delivery and free returns without any issues, so I don't understand why this store couldn't do the same.
Plus-size clothing
Larger men deserve to have fashionable choices as well, and this store has got it all! Being bigger doesn't mean we aren't concerned about our appearance. Fraudulent sign ups allowed by the company
It's really shocking that this company lets people sign up using someone else's email address and make purchases without checking if it's really theirs. I just found out someone used my email to buy stuff and have it sent without any verification. It's so annoying to deal with this kind of fraud. I contacted the company twice to get my email removed, but I still got another email today. This lack of security and customer data protection is just not on.
