Shirts and t-shirts.

Although I've given 5 stars for everything which means this will be given a high a positive score. I wasnt happy with the products I received. I usually where a Large in tops but used their online size checker which told me x% would order a XL I thought ok fair enough and placed the order, everything was fine at this point and no issues. I used a promo code for next day and it was delivered before 9.30am so again no issues.

I tried the products on and they were all too small in every way I.e. small fit and small length. The quality of the t-shirts were hit and miss some felt 'ok' the others were very thin so I've sent everything back.. whilst the products look nice they were just un-wearable for me so I wount be returning to boohooMan.

placed an order for 5-6 shipping. I didn’t see any movement on tracking. Reached out and they informed I need to wait a month to receiving shipping. Order at your own risk. They won’t reship of issue a refund we.

Faulty item from my order

I got something wrong in my order the other day and it was a bit disappointing, to be honest. It took me a few days to check the package and spot the problem. When I messaged customer service through iMessage, I was really pleased with how quickly they replied and sorted things out. Lenny, the Customer Service Advisor, was fantastic to deal with - really quick, friendly, and understanding. It's so nice to see such great customer service these days. Big thumbs up to Lenny for being so good at his job!

Returned Order

I had to send back something from my order, but it got stuck in customs for what seemed like ages. Feeling frustrated, I contacted customer service for help. Carla, one of the reps, quickly got back to me and showed great communication skills and efficiency. Even though the deadline for a refund had already passed, she sorted out my refund without any problems. I was really impressed with how professional and responsive the customer service team was in dealing with my issue.

Had a missing item

Hey everyone! Just wanted to share a quick story with you. I recently placed an order and it turned out that one of the items was missing. But no worries, Danica stepped in and really saved the day. She was amazing and made sure I received a full refund. I have to say, the customer service in this instance was top-notch!

Black hoodie with white logo

I recently purchased a really nice black hoodie with a white logo from *brand name* for my friend's party. I was really looking forward to wearing it and even paid extra for next day delivery to ensure it arrived on time. But you wouldn't believe it - the hoodie didn't show up until 3 days later! I was gutted because I missed out on wearing it for the event. On the bright side, *brand name* did refund me for the delivery charge. They definitely need to sort out their courier service though, as this is just not good enough.

Many clothes

I've been buying since December 2020 and spent hundreds. I took out the unlimited next day delivery for the year and received my goods every time. Yes there is need for improvement for customer Service and deliveries out of UK in particularly. The quality of clothes is a bit of hit and miss. Some are really good some aren't. Returns process can take sometime but since corona BS seems every company jumping on the bandwagon with the over 20 days for returns process.

responded by requesting to speak to a supervisor or manager as he was not willing to help at all. However, since then I have not had any response from Kieran or any customer service representative. Very poor, unprofessional and lazy customer service!

Joggers and T-shirt

I'm afraid my order went missing during delivery, but when I got in touch with customer service, they were great. Rochelle quickly fixed the problem by giving me the choice of a refund or express delivery for the same items. I was really impressed with their help and I'll definitely shop with them again.

Clothing items

I had a great experience with a customer service rep named Ansa. I had an issue with my order, but Ansa sorted it out quickly and efficiently. Their professionalism and helpfulness were top-notch, and I felt like a valued customer. I'm grateful for the fast fix, it really shows the company in a good light.

Black hoodie purchase

Hey, so I recently purchased this really cool black hoodie online. The only issue is that I ended up getting hit with a hefty tax charge! It was honestly quite pricey. I've been a dedicated customer since 2019, so I've had some experience with this. I've got my receipt as proof and everything. Faulty item

So, I got this thing and it was broken when it arrived. But the customer service was really quick to reply and they were really nice about it. I had to send them a picture of the broken thing and they gave me a refund. It was really easy and I was happy in the end.

Faulty jacket

I got a jacket from your company that was faulty. I spoke to customer service and a really nice lady called Jenifer helped me out straight away. She sorted out a replacement jacket for me and also told me how to recycle the old one.

Faulty glasses

I buy things from this website all the time, but one time my glasses were messed up. I let them know, and they sorted it out really quickly. The person I spoke to, Crizalda, was great.

Poor quality item

I was really let down by the poor quality of the item I bought and the whole experience was far from satisfactory. Trying to return it was a nightmare - they didn't even refund the postage and actually made me pay for the returns label. It's a complete joke and I wouldn't suggest anyone to buy from them, not even someone I really don't like. Needless to say, I won't be shopping there again.

Wrong item received

I felt really annoyed when I got the wrong item in my order. Dealing with the hassle of having to send it back was frustrating, especially since it wasn't my fault. There was no choice to swap it for the right thing, and I had to pay 5.99 to return it. Plus, it was hard to get hold of anyone to talk about the problem. As a loyal customer, I was let down by how they handled things. However, once I emailed them, they replied quickly and gave me a free return label, which sort of fixed the situation.

Return label issues

The return label they sent me was terrible! The numbers were all smudged and crumpled, so the post office couldn't even read it. I tried so many times, but it just didn't work out. Also, I sent them numerous emails asking for help, but they never bothered to reply.

Clothing, user-friendly website, prompt shipping

I always find shopping with this brand to be a breeze. The website is so easy to use, I can just have a browse through the collections and find exactly what I'm looking for. Everything is laid out neatly and it's really simple to find my way around. Ordering was a piece of cake, no problems at all.

Casual clothing items

I bought some casual clothes from this company not long ago and I have to say, I wasn't very impressed with how things went. At first, they sent me the wrong items and also forgot to include one thing I ordered. When I reached out to customer service about it, they only refunded me half the money I spent. And to make matters worse, it took ages for them to sort out my refund after I kept having to chase them up about it. Honestly, I found their customer service to be pretty useless and the whole thing just left me feeling really let down.
