Greyhound bookends
Bought these £70 bookends as a Christmas present and have just found the exact same non bookend greyhound for sale at Dunhelm for £16! Feel totally ripped off.
Ornamental jug
I ordered this as a gift in February. There was a 6-8 week delay on the item that OKA made clear at the point of purchase but that was ok for an April birthday. I had 2 emails notifying me of a delay and a final expected date of 7th July. Since then nothing. I've emailed customer services twice since 7th July & had no reply either time. So...just under £60 paid in Feb & no vase, no communication and no money back ....by 21st August. I get that things are messed up after pandemic/ Brexit but not to reply??? Shocking service.
Greyhound bookends
Just received confirmation that the greyhound bookends I bought for £70 are the same as the greyhound available from a Dunhelm for £16! Oka’s excuse the smaller number they buy necessitates a higher mark up. Does this happen with all their products? Truly disgusted. Lost my custom for good.
Misleading advertising
Zero customer service response to compliant via email and on two separate calls to customer service regarding deceptive sale add posted for weeks on Instagram.
