    Half a set, full hassle

the blanket and two decorative shams. The rest, the comforter and extra pillowcases I paid for, were missing. I used the blanket straight away (it's fine — soft enough, decent weight), but obviously not what I'd ordered so that was annoying. Trying to sort it out took ages. First I phoned the support number and got bounced to another team who said they'd email me. The email asked for lots of photos — of the label, the parcel, the bits I had — so I sent them. After that they offered half-price back. I wasn't happy with that and declined, which led to being passed to Amazon (oddly) and then back again. Eventually, after more emails, they agreed a full refund, but only after several days and a fair bit of chasing. So yeah, the actual fabric and blanket are OK, not brilliant, but usable. The buying and aftercare experience left a lot to be desired. Won't order again. Not worth the hassle, I'm afraid.

    Cosy, practical and worth repeating

this is a proper, useful bit of kit and we've ended up buying several. I got the first one after a nurse suggested trying a wearable blanket during chemo. Bought the red straight away, liked it, and then I bought a grey one too. I started using it in the evenings, and my first impression was immediate comfort. The hood is snug, the fabric feels soft, and it’s easy to settle into the sofa with it on. It’s not flashy. It just works. I use it because my health means clothing choices have to be sensible. My son, who is autistic and very particular about hygiene, also uses one. He prefers headwear; it helps him feel shielded. The length reaches roughly to the knees which avoids trips, though sometimes on very cold days it feels a bit short. We tied a belt around the waist to keep it from flaring and to stop him catching his feet. That simple trick works. The full-length zip is a major plus. For quick removal after treatment or when someone is uncomfortable, it makes things so much easier. The blanket itself is thinner than some of the massive wearable throws out there, but it still keeps you warm. There’s space to layer underneath when the temperature drops. The zip lets you control how much heat you keep in. With radiators hardly on these days, that matters. Washing is straightforward. It comes out of the machine clean, without turning into a heavy, awkward mess — that’s important for us. One small flaw: in bitter weather I wrap a second hoodie around my legs or use leg warmers; I wish the brand sold matching leg warmers. Also, the temptation to stroke the fabric is real. It’s that tactile. All in all, very practical, comforting and durable. We keep coming back for new colours. Emotionally, it’s given us tiny, steadier moments of warmth and dignity during difficult times. I’d recommend it to anyone who needs something easy to put on, easy to take off, and genuinely cosy.

    Saved my neck, mostly

try the foam pillow if your neck protests in the morning. Wash gently and don’t expect miracles. Still glad I stuck with them.
