Caught myself scrolling and found a proper gem — needed some summer shorts and nowhere I usually buy had anything I liked. Took a punt on Big Boys, ordered four pairs in 3XL. The site was easy enough, price was fair and there was a 10% new-customer discount plus free delivery and returns, so I wasn’t worried. Ordered Thursday, got a dispatch email Friday and they landed Monday. The fabric feels good, seams are solid and they fit as the size guide promised. Nice to be pleasantly surprised — definitely grateful and I’ll shop here again.
Good kit, small drawbacks
the site is a bit clunky and one jumper arrived creased. Compared to other places this was solid, though, really.
When it finally fits
I was halfway through a video call when the parcel arrived and, for a second, thought it wouldn't fit. Over the last couple of years lockdown did me no favours—early 40s, put on a bit, always liked dressing smart but nothing felt right. I’d heard about this place from a colleague and ordered a couple of Jack Jones pieces and some basics. The moment I put the jacket on and it sat properly on my shoulders, I knew I’d found something. Fit was honest, colours as pictured, and it made me feel like my old self meeting the lads. Could be clearer on sizing and some bits felt a tad pricey, but this will be my go-to now.
Reluctantly impressed by the delivery
I wasn’t sure at first — had used other sites for ages and this one felt like a gamble. I ordered a few bits for everyday wear (work shirts, gym tops and a pair for weekends) and expected the usual faff. The checkout was straightforward and I paid with PayPal for peace of mind. The parcel arrived within the promised window, even with the run-up to Christmas, and the tracking updates were useful. A couple of items were a touch creased in the bag and I had one slow reply from support, but the sizes matched the guide and they’ve become my go-to for casual stuff. Started sceptical, ended suitably pleased — decent service and reliable delivery.
Halfway through winter purchase
the website’s “price promise” sounded too good to be true and I wasn’t sure about fit. I tried one on, took it home for a few days and used it for the daily commute and walking the dog, just to see how it held up in real life. The doubts about warmth and fit faded pretty quickly — it’s comfortable, pockets are useful, and the hood actually does what it should. The doubts about value didn’t go away though: I later found the exact same coat for a lot less elsewhere and their price-match logic wouldn’t recognise Amazon even though Amazon is a legitimate UK retailer. So mixed feelings — happy with the coat itself for everyday use, annoyed at the pricing and communication. If you’re after the item, try in-store for fit but check prices online first.
Clothing purchase
I recently bought some clothes from this shop and I was really happy with what they had in stock. The staff were so friendly and helpful, whether I was shopping in person or online. I liked that they had a great variety of brands and sizes, which made it really straightforward to find exactly what I wanted.
Stylish clothing in larger sizes
Don't even bother with those other websites, BigBoys is where it's at! I have to admit, I wasn't sure at first, but when I saw all the cool stuff they had, I just had to give it a go. I ended up buying a few things and was really impressed with how easy it was to order and how quickly everything arrived, especially with it being Christmas time. The sizes were perfect too, thanks to their useful size guides. If you're feeling unsure, just use PayPal for that extra peace of mind - but seriously, you won't regret it. I've already gone ahead and placed another order!

Competitive pricing, quick delivery, top-notch customer service
I recently bought something from this store and I have to say I was really impressed. Their prices are good, and my order arrived promptly. The customer service was excellent, they answered all my questions quickly. Their returns process was also really good, much better than some more expensive brands I've used before, they processed my refund quickly. I would definitely recommend this place and will be shopping here again. The only small issue was the packaging for delivery, but that's not a big deal considering how great everything else was.

I bought a t-shirt on this website not too long ago and I was really impressed with the range of sizes they had available. Being a bigger bloke, it's usually hard to find clothes that fit properly and look good, but this website had me sorted.

I bought some shorts and joggers from this store thinking they were made of sweatshirt material, but when they arrived, I was gutted to see they were actually made of acrylic. The quality was poor and not what I expected. I won't be ordering from here again, that's for sure.

New jeans and shirt
So, I recently picked up this new pair of jeans and shirt from this place and I'm absolutely loving them! The staff there were always so friendly and helpful, but I just found out that the store near me has closed down. Now I have to travel all the way to Leeds, which feels like a million miles away, you know what I mean? It's a real shame because I really liked their stuff!<br><br>The jeans and shirts they have are really high-quality and the prices are actually quite reasonable, which is great because I can still rock some cool outfits without breaking the bank. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they'll open a new store closer to me soon!
First-time order

Wow, I couldn't find any good shorts for the summer at my usual shops for big guys. But then I found this amazing place. I placed the order on a Thursday and was happy to get a dispatch note the next day. The products arrived on Monday. The quality is great, and the size guide was actually right for once. Customized suit purchase
I popped into a shop I found on social media to get myself a tailored suit. It was in Leeds and had loads of cool casual clothes. When I walked in, a lovely lady called Michele helped me out and made it super easy for me to choose and order my suit. She really knew her stuff and made the whole thing a breeze. I was really happy with the clothes and how well I was looked after by the staff.
Expensive coat purchase
Don't bother wasting your time and money at this place! I've been waiting ages to buy a coat from this store, just to be told over and over that they're still waiting on it to arrive. When I finally managed to get my hands on the coat, I was gobsmacked to discover that it was being sold elsewhere for half the price. And their so-called 'price promise' is laughable - they definitely don't have the best price around as they claim!
Jack Jones and solid state basics purchase
I recently heard about this place from a colleague at work and thought I'd check it out. I'm a guy in my early 40s who has put on a bit of weight over the years. It's always been a struggle to find nice clothes that suit my bigger build, but then I found BigBoys. I ordered some Jack Jones and solid state basics, and I'm thrilled with them.
