I’d say this has become my regular cream now. A few rough psoriasis areas had been hanging around for ages, and other products either did nothing or meant going back to steroid creams, which I wasn’t keen on. After a couple of weeks with Bio Velvet, they looked much calmer. It sinks in quickly, smells pleasant enough, and arrived sooner than expected. Bit of a relief, honestly.
Softer than expected
After a few days it just became part of my routine, which is usually a good sign. It feels smooth and properly made, not flimsy or overly scented. I’ve had products from other brands that sounded great online but were disappointing in person, so this was a nice change. It does what I hoped, really.
Softer skin around an old mark

I’m relieved and a bit pleased, not overly dramatic, but I do recommend it if you’ve struggled with very dry, sensitive skin. Worth trying, especially after wasting cash on duds. A friend recommended it; a small tube lasted longer than I expected.
A handy little calming cream

I had a question about an ingredient and customer service replied quickly and politely. If I could change one thing I’d ask for a pump option or a bigger tub, but apart from that it’s a solid pick for sensitive skin. Would recommend, especially if you hate greasy creams.
Small jar, big result
nice texture, no greasy film, sinks in quick and doesn’t smell of anything weird. The proper “I’m sold” moment came when a tiny split on my knuckle that had been there ages looked almost closed overnight — that felt proper good. I like that it’s produced with a patented extraction in New Zealand, supposedly keeping the good peptides intact, and it’s vegan-friendly and deer-safe, which mattered to me. Not miracle-magic, but reliable SOS cream for tired winter skin. Pretty chuffed it did the job, really.
