I was going to travel to London on a business trip so I needed to get some travel luggage to pack my personal effect. I needed to buy one in time for my trip so I went online in search of a store that sells affordable durable travel bags. I came across Case luggage a company that claims to sell and deliver quality luggage and I loved what I saw on their page. I placed an order for designer luggage and it was delivered to me within a few days in time for my trip, it was quite affordable too. I am happy with their products and will shop from them again whenever I need their products. I recently bought some Ted Baker products from this company and I have to say, I was really impressed with their service. Jules weekend bag
I got a Jules weekend bag from this shop and it arrived really quickly, only took two days! The bag was nicely wrapped and arrived in perfect condition, but when I tried it out, it just didn't suit me. Luckily, the staff at the shop were really helpful and sorted it out for me. They answered my call promptly and I didn't have to wait on hold for ages. They picked up the bag the following day and I got my refund within a couple of days. I think I'll definitely return to this shop for more bags in the future!

I ordered a suitcase and a vanity case from here, and I have to say, I was really pleased with how quickly they arrived! My suitcase came in just 24 hours, and the vanity case arrived the next day. They were both wrapped up really nicely too, so I was absolutely thrilled!

3 luggages, next day delivery
I can't believe how awful my experience was with this company. I ordered 3 suitcases for an upcoming trip, paid extra for next day delivery, and what happened? Nothing at all, just silence and frustration. My money was taken but my order was never processed. I tried to get in touch with them for 3 days straight, but they seemed to have vanished. Finally, after 4 days, I received an email saying they would process my order and send it the next day. It's been 2 days since that promise, and I'm still waiting with no response. This whole situation is completely unacceptable. Where is my money or my order?
New CF case purchase
I had a really great time at that store. The staff sorted out a small problem with my new CF case quickly and really professionally. As soon as I walked in, I thought the customer service was top-notch. They really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy.
Roka bag return and Farringdon bag purchase
I had to send back a Roka bag to Case Luggage because it wasn't the right colour, but I have to admit they were really quick and efficient in dealing with the return. I recently got this really awesome suitcase, and it was such a great deal! It arrived really fast, but then I received a text that left me a bit puzzled. The customer service team were amazing though, they were so friendly and sorted everything out for me. It felt like they were superheroes! I would definitely suggest shopping here to anyone.
Large suitcase purchase with a 5-year warranty
I bought a big suitcase with a 5-year warranty from this shop not long ago. But, after using it just once, I spotted a crack near the bottom. When I asked for a replacement, they said they'd send it off for repairs and that I'd have to foot the bill. I was pretty let down by this, to be honest. I thought I'd get better treatment with the warranty that came with the product.
Samsonite cabin case purchase
I ordered a cabin case to go with my old suitcase and was happy to see it was at a good price. But, the tracking system could do with a bit of work - I was asked for a review before even getting the case! Plus, it arrived without any warning, not meeting the delivery time. Still, I'm relieved that the website is legit and my suitcase did finally show up.
