    Online shopping experience

    As a regular online shopper, it was really disappointing to have issues with the website. Broken links, images not loading, and my wishlist getting wiped out made it so difficult to browse and shop. I've already complained about these technical problems before, but it seems like no changes have been made. It's so annoying to put time into creating a wishlist only for it to vanish because of website glitches. I really hope they start taking customer feedback more seriously and focus on sorting out these persistent issues.

What's really great is that if you're not happy with something and return it, you get your money back really quickly. The last time I returned something, I got my refund in just 3-4 days. I'm genuinely pleased with this store, so grateful. I'll definitely continue shopping here, thank you so much!

    Broken earrings

    I bought a pair of earrings from this company and they turned out to be really bad quality. I only wore them once and they broke, making them impossible to wear again. I contacted customer service and they offered me a discount on my next order, but I didn't want that as the earrings were completely useless. They said I could send the earrings back for a refund, but didn't tell me where to send them. This lack of clear information and the fact that the product was so poor has made me lose trust in this company.

    Sale purchases gone wrong

    I've placed quite a few orders during the sales this year, but unfortunately had to return most of them. I usually have no trouble with online returns on other sites, but this time it's been a different story. It feels like they're making every excuse under the sun to avoid giving me a refund. "The return hasn't arrived", "the courier lost the parcel", "the refund deadline hasn't ended yet" - you name it. It's been 1.5 months and still no refund, leaving me out of pocket by £500. This will definitely be my first and last time shopping with this brand. I thought they were reputable, turns out I was wrong. Don't even get me started on how disappointed I am with the products themselves!

    Recent 1000 euros purchases

    I recently spent 1000 euros on purchases in the last two weeks, and I have to say, I've never been more let down by a company's customer service and website. Getting a refund was a total nightmare with delays and breakdowns in communication at every step. I've had better service from a company based in China called TEMU. When I asked for a way to file an official complaint, I was completely ignored, which showed a total lack of accountability. And to make matters worse, items were taken off my orders after I'd already paid and got a confirmation email. All in all, a real let-down and definitely not worth the money I spent.

    PayPal credit refund issue

    I had a right nightmare dealing with a refund at this shop recently. I needed to send back something, and instead of giving me my money back on my card, they wanted to give me a gift card. I was fuming because I wanted my cash, not store credit. Luckily, I had paid with PayPal credit, so I contacted them to sort it out and they managed to refund me. It was such a hassle and completely unnecessary, and now I'm not keen on shopping there again.

    I bought a bag with handles that broke after only 6 months, something that's never happened with any other brand I've used before. I looked after it really well, but the quality just wasn't up to scratch. I won't be purchasing from this brand again. When I got in touch with customer service and provided my receipt, photos, and extra details, they turned down my claim, saying the damage might have been due to wear and tear. They also pointed out that any problems should be reported within 2 months of discovery, as mentioned on their website. However, I only noticed the issue at the beginning of 2023.

    I recently bought a wallet at a discounted price on a certain date and paid for it using PayPal. Unfortunately, my experience with the company hasn't been great. I didn't get a tracking code for my order, which worried me. When I got in touch with customer service, they told me there was a delay in sending out orders, which I thought was quite unprofessional. To top it off, I got an automated email saying my order had been cancelled in the early hours of the morning, making me feel frustrated and let down. Thankfully, since I paid with PayPal, I'm confident I can get a refund easily by opening a dispute if needed. It's disappointing to see a company handling orders and customer service so carelessly, especially when there are other items on sale under similar conditions. In my opinion, I wouldn't recommend buying from this company.

    Shoes directly from the brand

    I normally get my shoes from Guess, either from a physical shop or online, but this time I thought I'd give their website a go. I have to admit, I was really impressed with the range of shoes they had and how quickly they got them to me. Only two days later, my new shoes were at my front door. They were really good quality and I'm over the moon with my purchase.

    I recently made an online order at a well-known clothing shop. Unfortunately, the order didn't go through for some unknown reason. I contacted customer service and sent all my bank details via email, but then had to wait for three weeks with someone telling me they were looking into it. Feeling frustrated, I decided to ring Guess's customer service once more. This time, I spoke to a more helpful person who promised to assist me quickly. I had to send my bank details again but was guaranteed proper help this time. To my surprise, today I got an email saying they will refund me in a month. I am really shocked and won't be shopping online with them again.

    White t-shirt from sale

    I ordered a white t-shirt from the sale, but ended up getting a pink one instead. I sent it back using the label provided through an approved courier shop. I waited for a month but didn't hear anything, so I decided to dispute it through PayPal. It took nearly six weeks for me to eventually get my refund. I was really let down because I've always been happy with things I've bought from that store.     This company is absolutely terrible! They shafted me by taking my money for an order that never arrived and then sent it to the wrong address. When I requested a refund, they flat out said no. On top of that, they're not even regulated by the FCA and don't have a proper complaints process. The customer service was shockingly rude and totally unhelpful. I'd steer well clear of them if I were you!

    Extra charges without notification

    I was really let down by the experience I had with this company. I placed an order and was really surprised to see some extra charges on my bill that I hadn't been told about beforehand. When I got in touch with them to ask for a refund, the customer service I received was pretty poor and they couldn't sort out the problem.     My recent return experience

    I'm really fed up with the whole return process at the moment. The company sent me these return labels to use with Yodel, but every time I've tried to drop off my parcel, the labels won't scan. I've been to the Yodel drop off shop three times now with three different labels, and each time they turn me away. It's been a real pain having to keep trying to return my parcel over and over again, wasting so much time and causing unnecessary stress. And to make matters worse, I'm not even home during the day to hand it over to a courier, so it's even more difficult for me to sort this all out.

    I bought something on sale from this company recently and was really let down to see that it was missing an important part. It definitely felt like they did it on purpose because it was the very last items on offer. No matter how many times I've tried to sort it out, the responses I've gotten have been unhelpful and dismissive. The customer service reps have contradicted each other about when I can expect to get my money back, and it's left me feeling confused and unsatisfied. They've now told me it could be another 6 to 7 weeks before I see the refund, which I think is far too long for such a simple thing. Overall, I'm really disappointed with how I've been treated and would warn others to think twice about shopping online if they want to save time and money.

    I bought a puffer jacket from this company not long ago. At first, I was a bit worried because the tracking number they gave me didn't seem to be working, and I'd seen some bad reviews online.
