I recently popped over to the Clacton factory outlet and I must say, I was really impressed with the service I got from Lisa. She was so polite, helpful, and just really professional. All the staff there were lovely and they definitely made my shopping experience a pleasant one. The clothes I got fit really well and were just what I was looking for. But, I was a bit gutted to discover that Cotton Traders no longer stocks those cotton/polyester Guinness men's tops. If they did, I'd probably buy more without a doubt.

I've just bought some really nice clothes from this shop. Ordering them was so easy and I thought I'd give the 'collect at shop' option a go, which worked perfectly. But I was a bit gutted to see that the stuff I got was £5 cheaper each just a couple of days after I bought them.
Cut off cargo pants, excellent fit, comfortable, lightweight
Why bother with other brands when you can find the ideal pair of cargo pants right here? I was really pleased with how these pants fit - they were comfy and they looked really good on me. Dark indigo jeans purchase
I bought some dark indigo jeans from your shop not too long ago. Turns out, when they came, they were a totally different colour - more light blue than indigo. I was pretty bummed out because I made sure to pick the dark indigo option. I even looked at the label again to make sure, and it did say dark indigo. You guys should really make sure the pictures on your website match up better to avoid mix-ups like this. But hey, even though the colour was off, the jeans fit really nicely and seem to be good quality.
Transparent item, returned, no free postage, return costs deducted from refund, poor experience, wouldn't buy again.
So, yeah, I bought this top that turned out to be see-through, and honestly, I was like, there's no chance I'm keeping this! I spent £90 on my order, but they didn't even offer free postage, which was a bit annoying, you know? And when I returned the see-through top, they deducted the postage costs from my refund too! That's not fair, I've never experienced that before. I'm definitely not planning on shopping there again after that, it just doesn't seem right.
Lost parcel, delayed delivery, redesigned crops
I was really annoyed when Evri lost my parcel, but I have to say that the customer service team at Cotton Traders did a great job by sending a replacement quickly when I got in touch with them. The only downside was that I had to ask for next day delivery as I had already waited for so long. In my view, when the delivery company messes up, they should automatically offer next day delivery to make up for the inconvenience to the customer. Also, I was disappointed to see that the everyday crops I ordered had been 'redesigned' and didn't fit as well as before. As a long-time customer, I expected better from Cotton Traders in terms of product consistency and quality.
Quality clothing at reasonable prices
I always have such a great time shopping at this store. The clothes here are really high quality and the prices are pretty decent. I really like how the clothes always wash and wear so nicely, whether it's a t-shirt, dress, shorts, or trousers. Take care.
Comfy shoes
The shoes I ordered came pretty quickly, but I got a bit annoyed because the delivery driver only gave me a heads up about the delivery time just half an hour before showing up. However, the shoes themselves were really comfy and well-made.
Bouclé jacket in two colours
I absolutely loved the bouclé jacket, I liked it so much that I bought it in both colours. The fabric quality is top-notch and the detailing on the buttons is just lovely. Unfortunately, my experience was spoiled by a delivery mishap. The jacket was supposed to be delivered, but it ended up arriving five days later, which was quite frustrating.
