I wouldn’t buy from them again — decent idea, poor follow-through on returns. I first spotted Curvees on Instagram and even recommended them to a friend, but after buying the high-waisted mid-thigh shorts in L and XL I’m left a bit wary. The shorts arrived fine and looked okay in the pics, so I tried one pair on briefly over my underwear to check fit and then popped both back in the post. Seemed straightforward.
Then customer service (a rep called Lucia) got in touch and said they’d only refund the sealed one because the other had been worn and had stains. They attached a photo that, honestly, didn’t look like the version I’d sent back — the fabric in their pic looked a lot more worn. I’d not actually worn the returned pair beyond a quick try-on, so that felt like a kick in the teeth. I asked for clarification twice and heard nothing back.
On the plus side the delivery was prompt and the style is nice — I can see the idea — but the quality didn’t match other brands I’ve used and the whole returns handling was dodgy. If you’re going to try them, take photos or a video before posting anything; it saved my skin with other stores and I wish I’d done it here. Not a disaster, just disappointing: could be decent if they sorted their returns policy and customer service out.
