I was so pleased with how quickly my order arrived, it was at my door the very next working day! It's not often you see such efficiency nowadays, so I was really impressed. Polo shirt purchase
I recently ordered a polo shirt online, but unfortunately, it was out of stock. I had to wait for a refund after the website charged me money. The customer service team was not very helpful and only gave me my money back after I made a complaint. I feel quite let down by the whole experience.

It's pretty straightforward really. Just double-check that the item you're thinking of buying actually fits before you go ahead and click 'add to cart'. I found out the hard way, assuming online shopping would be a breeze with the option to send things back if they don't work out. But my experience with this one shop left me a bit frustrated. The whole shopping process was okay, but I reckon they need to step up their game with the returns policy. I don't mind paying for the return postage, but taking off the original delivery cost seems a bit sneaky to me. Now, I have to go through the hassle of getting my bank to sort it out with a chargeback. All in all, I'm pretty unhappy with how this whole thing was handled - the service and communication just wasn't up to scratch.

Overall, this whole thing has left me feeling really frustrated and unhappy with the company's lack of transparency and their policies.

I recently picked up a really nice Lacoste polo from Dandy Fellow and I was over the moon with my buy. It was my first time shopping on their site and everything went smoothly. The polo was just as I had hoped, and I'll definitely be returning to the website for more great finds in the future.
Over £100 item sold out, slow refund
What a mess! I spent over £100 on something only to find out they didn't even have it. How does that even happen?! Plus, it took them a whole week to give me my money back. Credit cards sort out refunds quickly, but not these guys. Don't trust them with your money, seriously.
Jacket purchase
I found the ordering process to be really easy and quick, and the next day delivery was super fast. However, I had a bit of a nightmare with the return process. I had to fork out for the return postage myself, and on top of that, they took an extra £4.99 from my refund. They said it was because I chose "Free delivery" when I bought it, which they call a "Contribution to our Postage & Packaging". I was pretty annoyed by this and felt like I had been tricked by the "Free delivery" deal.
Incorrect item sent
I really wouldn't recommend this shop at all! I bought some shorts but got sent a hoodie instead. I had to fork out nearly £10 to send the wrong item back. Dandy Fellow said they'd give me the postage costs back, but never did, only giving me a refund for the hoodie. It's obvious they messed up, but won't admit it. Don't rely on this shop, they can't be trusted.
T-shirt purchase
The T-shirt I bought was just like the picture on the website, really good quality and perfect fit. The prices were reasonable, and the service was excellent. The delivery was quick and easy. It was a really good shopping experience overall.
Shoes broke after one day
I bought these shoes and they completely fell apart after wearing them just once. I tried to get a refund but their customer service manager Trevor totally ignored me. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this company!
