Top class service
I have ordered from these many times over the past few years and always found it an easy to use site and very fast service.. Had reason a month or so ago due to my height to phone them regarding length of some JS lounge trousers as to whether S or M would be most suitable as needed to know leg length. Gentleman who answered was most helpful and actually measured both sizes while I was on the phone. I chose then with confidence that they wouldn't be too long. Excellent service and nothing too much trouble. My number one stop for underwear etc Their size charts if followed are excellent too as recently ordered some Modus Vivendi a brand not tried before which I now know are quite small fitting - anyway following the size charts ordered large Im normally Medium they fit perfectly

I've just bought some g-strings and thongs from this shop, and I have to say, I'm really pleased with how comfortable and good quality they are. I recently bought some new underwear, but they didn't arrive on time! I was really annoyed because I was planning to surprise my boyfriend for Valentine's Day, but it all got messed up. I tried calling them, but they didn't even make an effort to assist me. I won't be using their services again!

I really enjoy shopping for underwear at this particular store because they have such a great variety of designs and colours to pick from. The customer service is consistently excellent, and whenever I wear their underwear I feel like a sophisticated adult!
Briefs in plain colours
I've been a loyal customer here for quite a while now, buying plain coloured underwear from this company. But recently, I found out that I've been blocked on eBay and my account has been deleted from their website. I haven't received any explanation or communication about it, which has left me feeling really puzzled and frustrated. I've tried to get in touch with them through different ways, but I haven't heard back from them at all.
It's really disappointing to see a company treat a customer who's been around for so long in such a disrespectful way. I've always been happy with their products, but this whole situation has really put me off. I strongly believe that good customer service is crucial for any business to succeed, and the lack of communication and respect shown here is just not on.
Because of all this, I've decided to take my business elsewhere in the future.
