Nylon suit, warm, flexible, hooded
I bought a nylon suit from this company recently and I must say it's really warm and flexible. The hooded feature is a nice addition and provides extra warmth. However, I did find that the chin part of the hood is a bit restrictive and could be better moulded. On the bright side, I managed to grab my size on sale, which was a fantastic deal. It's always good when a company offers a range of sizes, especially for slim tall guys like me. Overall, it's a decent purchase but there's room for improvement in the design.
Order of multiple sizes, easy return process
I recently bought a few different sizes from this company and I have to say, ordering was super simple and clear. The delivery took a bit longer than 24 hours, but they did mention upfront that there could be delays because of the pandemic situation. The small delay didn't bother me at all. The products were really good quality, as usual. I liked that I could order multiple sizes to get the right fit, and returning the items that didn't fit was easy. I sent them back and got a speedy refund without any trouble.
Two sale items with extra discount
I was really happy with my shopping experience at this store at first. The delivery was speedy, the email updates were useful, and the stuff I got were top-notch. But, I was a bit let down when one thing I bought was too large. I looked on the website and discovered that I could only return the item rather than swapping it for the right size. This meant I wouldn't get the extra discount that came with buying two sale items. I think they could have made that clearer on the website or during the buying process.

When it came to the bottoms, I reckon sticking with your usual size is the way to go, rather than relying on the size guide. The quality of the products was really good, and I was pleased with my purchase all in all.

I bought some swimwear from here and it was amazing. The fit was spot on, the colours were really bright, and the fabric was really good quality. I liked that it had two layers in the pants, making it stronger. The sizes were true to the size guide, so it was easy to shop. I'm really happy with what I got and I might even get the same bikini in another pattern.
Surfboots too small
I ordered some surf boots, but they turned out to be too small for my feet, so I had to send them back. To my surprise, I received a refund, which even included the shipping costs, in just four days! The service was fantastic and incredibly quick!
Customised bikini for rubber accelerator allergy
I was really impressed by the amazing customer service at this company. I've always struggled to find swimwear because of my allergy to rubber accelerators, but O'neill went out of their way to make a custom bikini just for me. I appreciate the care they put into making sure I can swim and enjoy my holiday without any concerns. Thanks a lot, O'neill!
Children and self clothing purchase
I popped into this shop not too long ago and picked up a few bits and bobs for me and the kids. I was chuffed with the choice of stuff they had, and I managed to grab some proper cute bits for all of us. The stuff arrived in a jiffy, and it was all top-notch quality. I'd definitely suggest this shop to anyone after some snazzy and reasonably priced clothes for the whole fam.
Clothing items during a sale
I bought something in the December sale a couple of weeks back, but I still haven't got it. The email I got just had a link and no delivery date. I've tried to contact customer support and rang the number they gave, but it seems like there's nobody there to help. It's really annoying not to have any support or info about my order, and it puts me off ordering again in the future. Right now, I'm just hoping my order turns up soon.

User-friendly website and ordering process, unclear return procedure
I thought the website was really easy to use and ordering was a breeze. But, I do wish they had more info about how to return items on there. It'd be great if they could add a way to exchange things for a different size while you're placing your order, I reckon that could help them sell more stuff too!
Returned item
I had to return something the other day and I was really impressed with the customer service at the store. The staff were so nice and helpful, they made the whole returns process really quick and easy. I was really impressed with how friendly and professional the team was.
T-shirt purchase
I recently bought this T-shirt which looked really cool and fitted me nicely, but I was a bit let down by the quality. I noticed that one of the shirts had a sewing mistake, and the fabric was quite thin. Although it might be alright for the summer, it didn't seem very durable. The print on the front started to fade pretty fast, and within a few weeks of wearing it a lot, holes started showing up.
