Customers can sign up online by selecting a time and store. Upon arrival you are taken to a personal suite where you will receive expert advice and be guided through the process. Their are a variety of forms of Personal Shopping, tailored to every need, such as the opportunity to shop for a specific event as a wedding guest or bride. Alternatively you can shop for holidays, for seasonal wardrobe updates or for a more brief experience, the express appointment is available. The company also offers in-store cafes and restaurants in each of their locations.
For online delivery orders, customers can choose from nominated date delivery, next day delivery and standard delivery, for which orders over £40 are free. Order tracking is also available. Order returns can be processed through Debenhams, Royal Mail or Hermes and a full refund or exchange is available if returned with 28 days from delivery or collection.
