Small wins, annoying bits 19 March 2026

heavier fabric, no annoying pilling, and yes, quite flattering. I bought a load over the years and generally liked how the leggings and tees wore. Lately though sizing has been all over the place. According to their chart I'm a small, but in their new Mohawk leggings I'm snug in a S while lots of other pieces fit as M. That inconsistency is maddening when you're buying online.
So I ordered uplift shorts and a fit tee in a M recently. The tee was actually nicely heavier than some of their older tops — felt substantial, which I liked. The shorts, though… they looked like an XS when I opened the parcel, tiny. They wear like underwear by late afternoon, which is not what I signed up for. I still have a pair of their shorts from 2020 in M and they’re fine, so it's not that I shrank or anything.
I returned them using the label they gave, but the returns process dragged. Post tried delivering the parcel and then it sat "out for delivery" for days. I rang customer service and spoke to Sam, and instead of help I got a defensive "we don't control the mail" line — which felt like shrugging responsibility. Fine, postal delays happen, but if people are spending their money it's reasonable to expect more care.
I'm a bit conflicted: I like the feel of certain items and might buy again if they sort sizing and bring back longer shorts — six inch would be perfect. Short-term I'm waiting for a clear fix or a good sale before I click buy again.
