I was buzzing when I came across some cheap work clothes on Dickies Life, but it all went downhill when I saw they use Yodel for deliveries. Yodel is known for being rubbish and my suspicions were proven right when my parcel didn't show up. I've asked Dickies Life for a refund and now I'm just waiting anxiously for it to come through. Dickies, please, do us all a favour and use a different courier that actually does what they say they will.
Quality products at fair prices
I've been really pleased with the stuff I've bought from this shop. The things are top-notch, strong, and they've lasted longer than I thought they would. The prices are fair, especially when they've got sales going on. I haven't had any problems at all. They always send the parcels out quickly and pack them up nicely, which shows they care. I reckon a company really shows what it's made of when they make mistakes and sort them out. Even though I haven't had any problems with this shop yet, I trust they'd deal with any issues well.
First-time online order
I mean, waiting more than a week for an online order these days is just ridiculous, isn't it? I reckon I could have jumped on a horse and cart and got my stuff quicker. It's just not on, the inefficiency is totally unacceptable.
Shorts
As someone who appreciates getting things done quickly and with good service, my time with this company was beyond annoying. I had to wait two whole weeks for a basic pair of shorts to show up, and it felt like I could have gone on a European adventure and returned in the same amount of time. The slow delivery speed really let me down, and I can't ignore this big problem. Even though the product itself was alright, the way they handle orders and deliveries seriously needs some work.
quality clothing items

Shirt return issue
I have attempted to get in touch with customer services several times in order to return a shirt, but it appears as though they are non-existent. In addition to this, all the drop-off points in my local area are declining parcels, which means returning the item has become unfeasible. I've spent a considerable amount of time and energy driving around within a 5-mile radius trying to find a location that will accept my return, but unfortunately, I have had no success. This entire situation has been completely pointless and disheartening. I used to have faith in this brand for their quality, but now I will steer clear of it altogether.
Dickies trousers
I wouldn't listen to all the hype, to be honest, my experience was pretty good actually. Even though there were some negative reviews floating around, I took a gamble and decided to order some trousers. They did take a bit longer to arrive than I thought, but when they finally did, I was pleasantly surprised. The quality was really good and the price was much cheaper than other places. Just make sure you know your size in advance to prevent any problems.
Trousers that didn't fit
I had the same problem as other people - I bought a pair of trousers that didn't fit me and needed to send them back. I followed the instructions to return my order and waited for my refund, but it never arrived. I tried emailing for help several times but didn't get any response. In the end, I just decided to order the correct size from a different shop and everything went much better. If you're thinking about buying something similar, I'd recommend looking elsewhere instead of using this company.
Clothing with awkward sizing
I bought some clothes from this company not long ago and honestly, it was a bit of a letdown. I waited patiently for about a week, expecting to hear that my order had been shipped, but when I finally checked, it had only just been sent out. When the clothes arrived, I was disappointed to find that they didn't fit me well at all because the sizing was all wrong. I decided to send them back, but even that was a hassle. It took another two weeks for them to sort out the return, which was really not what I had in mind when I was hoping for quick and efficient service.
Hooded Sweatshirt
Even though the last review wasn't great, I have to admit that buying a Hooded Sweatshirt from this company recently was a really good experience. Ordering it was simple and quick, thanks to their easy-to-use website. The staff were also really friendly and ready to help with any questions I had. The price of the Hooded Sweatshirt was fair, especially for the great quality. The delivery was fast and smooth, with my order arriving in perfect condition and right on time.
Clothing items
My experience with the online store was really disappointing. The website was quite misleading, making it seem like they were trying to trick customers. I ended up getting four items, but I only meant to order two, which just made things more confusing and annoying. To make matters worse, it took more than a week for my order to arrive, which was way longer than I expected.
When I tried to return the wrong items, it was a total mess. Dickies, Yodel, and UPS were all unhelpful and seemed like they didn't know what they were doing. They arranged for the items to be collected, but when I checked, there was no record of the package, even though I had sent photos and videos as proof.
Overall, the whole experience has been a nightmare, and I would advise everyone to steer clear of ordering from this company. It's pretty obvious to me that Dickies has some major issues with how they run things in the UK, and the CEO needs to know about the terrible management and customer service.T-shirt
First time customer. Ordered online. Delivery took around 10 days and when it arrived, the t-shirt had a defect. The customer service response was ... despite emailing photos of the issues. I wont be using them again.
