Moped with excellent customer service
I actually ordered the wrong model of moped from Direct Bikes at first, but their customer service team sorted it out for me super quickly, just within 20 minutes. They were really helpful and understanding, which made the whole thing really easy and stress-free. The next day, the moped arrived at my place and the driver was really nice, he even helped me get it into my garage. The moped itself is fantastic, and I'm really happy with my decision to buy it.

Retro moped purchase
I was absolutely buzzing to receive my new Retro moped from here! I actually missed the delivery initially because I was in the middle of a Fortnite game, but the folks in customer service were surprisingly lovely and gave me a call to let me know the delivery driver would be returning. When my moped eventually turned up later that day, it was wrapped up nicely and looked incredibly shiny and fresh. I took it for a ride and I have to say, this thing is rapid! I can whizz around the park and impress all my mates. Definitely a great purchase, highly recommend!
Scooter - Tommy - Fun to ride
My scooter is amazing, honestly. It's called Tommy and it's just so much fun to ride on. I usually use it to get to school and back - it's really easy to handle. I'd definitely suggest getting one for yourself!

Maxi scooter purchase
I fancied getting a maxi scooter, so I went for the 125 venom model. I opted for delivery on Saturday and it turned up at 10 am, all in top-notch condition. I'm absolutely chuffed with my scooter, it's got all the bells and whistles I could ever ask for, the ride is out of this world and seriously speedy. On top of that, it's got keyless start and an alarm. I would definitely suggest them to anyone!

I just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone on the team for the amazing service I received.
