I expected to be in and out with a few tins of paint, but I was slightly worried we’d choose the wrong finish for the room. We popped into the Stratford branch last week and asked a few questions before buying. The staff didn’t rush us or just point at a shelf, which was a relief. One of the men, I think his name was Paul, explained the options plainly and checked what our decorator had recommended. Once we started using the paint, it went on well and the decorator had no complaints, so that settled my doubts. He also carried everything to the car without making a fuss. Decent service, really.
