Needed a gift for my son's birthday and after a bad experience elsewhere I wanted it fast. Found the item at a fair price and delivery arrived in under 48 hours. Customer service even phoned to confirm ID — a bit awkward but actually reassuring.

Actually worth the handful of pounds. Saw it on a mate's camping kit and I told my brother to grab one. Bargain price, arrived a day early with free delivery. Website was dead easy. Didn't need customer service, so can't judge that bit, but loads of five-star reviews put me at ease. Quite pleased.
Pleasant surprise
Really pleased — I was a bit wary at first, but the Leatherman I ordered from Tactree is spot on. Bought it for my husband and he actually uses it every day for jobs, camping and odd repairs. The personalisation (name on the handle, initials on the blade) looks smart and delivery was quick.
