Hard to Find Tool
I recently bought a hard-to-find tool from this company and I was really impressed with my whole experience. The tool was exactly what I needed and I couldn't find it anywhere else. The old school wrapping it came in was a nice touch and made the whole thing even better. On top of that, the shipping across the pond was surprisingly cheap and it got here really quickly. I would definitely suggest this company to anyone in need of special tools or parts.
Copper spark plugs
OMG, I received these spark plugs really quickly and they were exactly what I needed for my super cool old car! I installed them in my 65-year-old car and it runs like a dream now. I've never tried copper spark plugs before, but these are amazing!
14mm thread dehydrators for aviation engines
I bought a set of spark plugs from The Green Spark Plug, hoping to get the 18mm thread 3/4 socket size like it said on their website. But, to my disappointment, they sent me 14mm thread spark plugs instead. These ones are no good for what I need, so now I'm stuck with a product that's no use to me.
Spark plug purchase
I bought some spark plugs from this company not too long ago. I thought the website said they had them in stock and would send them out that day if I ordered by 1pm, but turns out that wasn't quite true. The parts weren't actually with them but with the manufacturers, so it took about 4 days longer to dispatch. It was annoying, especially since I needed them quickly. I'd suggest giving them a call beforehand to check on dispatch times instead of just going by what the website says.
Exact replacement spark plugs
I wasn't too happy with the replacement spark plugs that the manufacturers were trying to sell me as suitable substitutes. They were resistor and projected tip plugs which would have led to weaker sparks and the flame not being in the right place, causing problems with starting the engine. Luckily, the technician at The Green Spark Plug knew their stuff and managed to get me the exact type of replacement plug that I required. I'll definitely be ordering more in the spring.
