In short, they pulled it off — and I’m properly relieved. I needed 20 personalised enamel mugs for the wedding at the last minute and Tom and his team were calm, helpful and actually quick to reply. They talked through design ideas, sent samples so I could see how the colours and print sat on the enamel, and were flexible when I changed my mind a couple of times. The mugs arrived neatly packaged and sooner than I expected; one had a tiny scuff but honestly it didn’t matter. Guests loved them, which felt great, and now a couple of those mugs are my go-to for morning tea and weekend camping. Made the hectic bits of planning much easier — grateful it turned out so well.
