Basics, good value, slow refund
I bought some basics from this shop and they were good value for money. The delivery was pretty quick and the sizes were spot on. However, the extra small size was too tiny for me, but I'm actually okay with that as I struggle to find things that fit well. The cotton they used was very light, which wasn't what I wanted, so I decided to send them back for a refund. Making the return label was easy, but I've been waiting ages for my money back. It's been really frustrating and I think it's a big downside of their service. So, I'd give them 2 out of 5 stars overall because of the slow refund process and the fabric not being what I expected.
Comfortable, sustainable bras
I bought some bras from this shop not long ago and I'm really pleased with how it all went. The bras are really comfy and it was dead easy to get the right size. Ordering them was simple and it didn't cause any hassle, plus the prices are pretty good compared to other eco-friendly brands. I like that the store is making an effort to help the environment. I'll definitely be coming back for more and I'll be telling my pals and family about this shop too.
Products made with superb quality materials
I'd suggest going for products made with top-notch materials, but they really need to work on their logistics or they might end up losing customers. They only got round to processing my order 5 days after I placed it, and when it arrived, there was a missing item! I'm waiting for a response and hoping that they'll sort out this issue fairly.
Sustainable clothing purchase
The customer service is terrible! I waited patiently for two weeks after the delivery date had passed, and despite sending several contact forms and emails, I was completely ignored. I had no choice but to take the matter up with my credit card company to get a refund. Surprisingly, just two hours after doing that, I suddenly received an email saying that my order had been dispatched. It's obvious that someone there only bothers to read emails when it benefits them. I used to have faith in this company, but after reading recent reviews and my personal experience, they are definitely not trustworthy anymore.
Cropped sweatshirt in black
I bought this black cropped sweatshirt from the store and I have to say, I absolutely love it! The material is so soft and the quality is amazing. It fits me perfectly, not too tight and not too loose. What's even better is that it arrived really quickly. Absolutely fabulous!

The clothes in this shop are really good quality and they don't cost the earth. I got myself a thick hoodie the other day and I have to say, it's great. The insulation inside is just right for keeping me warm when it's chilly outside. I'll definitely be coming back for more and having a look at what else they've got on offer.

I recently got this awesome striped long-sleeved t-shirt from a shop and I absolutely love it! It's really well-made and looks fantastic, just like the pricey ones you find elsewhere, but without harming the planet. On top of that, it arrived really fast. I recently went to the store and picked up a bunch of stuff - a polo shirt, 3 t-shirts, a t-shirt dress, a soft bra, a sweater, and a pair of shorts. I was really happy with the quality, especially the gorgeous sweater made from organic cotton. They had a great selection of different sweater styles too. The things I got are basic essentials, just what I need for lounging around the house. The prices were pretty decent, especially compared to other more fashionable sustainable brands. Although I haven't delved too deeply into all the ethical certifications, it seems like the products I bought have a lot of them. The order took a while to arrive, but they sent me a nice email saying sorry for the delay, which I thought was nice. When I shop, I always look for ethical production and good prices, and so far, I'm happy with what I bought. Can't wait to see how everything holds up after multiple washes and wears!
Tank top and long-sleeved t-shirt
I really loved the tank top and long-sleeved t-shirt I got from here! They were exactly what I was looking for, and I'm definitely planning to buy them in more colours. My order was a little late, but they gave me a heads up in advance, and Chris even sent me a message once it arrived to check if I was satisfied with everything. I thought that was really nice of them. All in all, I'm really impressed with the whole experience.
Refund, then surprise package
I bought some clothes, but they never arrived. I requested a refund, but they just kept saying the clothes would be delivered in three days. I had to keep on asking for my money back until they finally told me the refund had been processed to my bank account, but it hadn't. I had to write a negative review before they eventually refunded me. Then, to my surprise, a package showed up with the clothes I had ordered! Turns out, they had sent the clothes on the same day they issued the refund. It was actually a kind gesture, not a mistake or ploy to get more money from me. I was really impressed by their generosity and decided to go back and purchase some socks, which I shared with my grandson. I might even consider shopping there again!
