I sent back a faulty charger I use daily for work, thought it'd be quick. They did finally reply — eventually, with an address — so I returned it and tracking shows delivery late January. Still no refund, though; mildly surprised packaging was intact.
Bit of a faff, but lovely
Spotted it on a mate's wedding pics and had to get one — mate actually recommended it. Ordered for the big day and did get worried when it was late; I had to send a couple of emails. When it finally arrived it felt lovely, good weight, looked smart. Bit stressful though.
Slow, but it works
Halfway through month three I was about to cancel — loads of emails, tracking stuck — and I really needed it for everyday use at work. Turns out the company sorted it after a push, item landed and now it's on my desk most mornings. Still a pain to deal with, but now fairly reliable and usable.
That click of relief
I remember the exact moment I felt oddly satisfied. I checked the company address on Regent Street. The search threw up hundreds of listings at the same address. There was a clear warning on Google. That clarity felt good. I wasn’t happy about the scam. But finding solid evidence stopped the nagging doubt. If you’re unsure, do the same check. Saves time and a headache and money.
Not what I expected
Opened the box at my kitchen table and realised straight away it wasn't what I'd ordered. The item felt cheap, wrong size and couldn't be used, so that was annoying. I emailed a few times and got the usual "we're sorting your refund" messages from someone called Max, but nothing materialised — slow, vague and you end up chasing. Bit surprised the bank helped out and refunded me in the end. I've had better from other shops, honestly.
