I remember the exact moment I felt oddly satisfied. I checked the company address on Regent Street. The search threw up hundreds of listings at the same address. There was a clear warning on Google. That clarity felt good. I wasn’t happy about the scam. But finding solid evidence stopped the nagging doubt. If you’re unsure, do the same check. Saves time and a headache and money.
Not what I expected
Opened the box at my kitchen table and realised straight away it wasn't what I'd ordered. The item felt cheap, wrong size and couldn't be used, so that was annoying. I emailed a few times and got the usual "we're sorting your refund" messages from someone called Max, but nothing materialised — slow, vague and you end up chasing. Bit surprised the bank helped out and refunded me in the end. I've had better from other shops, honestly.
