Started sceptical — online pics can lie, but these match the photos. The jewellery feels solid though. Small, neat finish. The clasp is secure and light enough to forget by lunchtime. I wear pieces to the office and on runs. They've got sales, so I keep an eye. Mostly pleased; not flashy, just reliable.
Bit of a mixed bag
Bought two pairs of earrings and, to be honest, I use one pair constantly — comfy, light and they lift an everyday outfit. The other arrived a bit scuffed and slightly discoloured, and sorting it with the seller has been a faff. Not ideal, but I still reach for them most days.
Pretty, but not nickel-free
don't trust the "nickel‑free" claim. I ordered this necklace in January and wore it within days — first impression it looked fine, but I broke out in a nasty rash. A jeweller's test showed 88% nickel, and although the owner said they'd refund me, I've been ignored for weeks and I'm still out $237. So yeah, sceptical but the test gave clarity — photos and emails to back it.
Little surprise favourite
arrived earlier than the estimated date, well wrapped, and the courier left it safe without drama. I had a tiny question about sizing the chain and messaged customer service late evening; they replied within hours with clear, friendly advice and even suggested a tweak that would've saved me a return. When I did ask about an exchange (not their fault, just my poor planning), they handled it quickly and kept me informed at every step — that kind of follow-through makes ordering online less faffy. Price-wise, it's not the cheapest but feels fair for what you get; I felt like I could justify keeping it. The only minor thing — some pieces are chunkier than the photos made me expect, so if you like delicate, double-check measurements. Overall I'm really pleased: nice delivery, lovely personal touches, and a customer service team who actually seem to care. Would buy again, and already have my eye on a bracelet.
Relief after a rocky start
I knew I was finally sorted when the refund hit my account and the replacement arrived a few days later. It started badly — one of three parcels arrived in a plain sleeve and looked a bit dodgy next to the others, so I sent it straight back. Communication was slow at first and I was properly annoyed, especially after deals with other firms that ghost you. After a polite chase they actually replied, sorted the refund and offered a replacement without faffing about. Not flawless — there were moments I doubted it — but getting my money back and a decent response left me genuinely pleased. Small improvements would help, though.
