Packing boxes, I nearly skipped these laces — worried they'd be flimsy after past swaps. But they're comfy, sexy and great value, for sure.
Relief at last
I only relaxed when the refund finally appeared — took ages, automated replies at first, but the full amount came through after a chase, slightly relieved.
Pleasant surprise, miffed about returns
