There is no problem with ordering or delivery. The problems start if you wish to have an item returned and collected . As I am self isolating I couldn’t take the parcel to a Hermes site so arranged for collection. I am now on my 4th collection date and wait to see if Hermes collect tomorrow! I will never use La Redoute again .
Best clothing brand to go for
Very much of brand says about perfection and quality in total. I have been using this brand for long time. I have quite a collection of their best products. Its elite, comfortable, cost-efficient according to the standards and a must-buy brand.
i applied for a credit account but was refused. and their excuse was they could not identify me at my home address through the credit reference agencies. i contacted all 3 credit agencies who told me they do NOT understand why i was told that i could not be identified when i am on the electoral register. and have been for many years. so this was a LIE by La Redoute. i have an asian name by the way. i then used my moms name (my mom is english) name to apply for a credit account. and got accepted straight away. even though my mother has NEVER lived in this area. or even at my address. so therefore was NOT on the electoral register either. cut a long story short . . . i ordered goods in my mothers name. and paid them off. a while after i then get accepted an account. but when i explain to them (after being honest) that i opened an account before in my mothers name, paid it off, and then told them my asian i was then being treated differently. i then had an issue of logging in to my account. of course La Redoute caused this problem themselves for me. i complained about this. but no joy. and their response was (in other words) go to the ombudsman. and that is what i will now be diong. if you are a black or asian person? do NOT bother

Now been waiting 5 weeks. They do not answer the phone or respond to emails and now they have blocked me on trust pilot!! I have lost £120 to this company who just won’t get back to me. This is causing me great anxiety but they don’t care they have my money !

ery disappointed. I was waiting for a shelf a month. Received the text that it’s arriving today and since then never heard from them. It never arrived. When I called them they said it’s been sent back to them. They did not bothered to let me know about it. They did not bother send me the refund. And they said if I want to reorder I need to pay again. How is that?

Ok of not in rush for the items
I ordered an ottoman at nearly £200 back in January. It arrived damaged, so we arranged to send it back. La Redoute delayed the return as long as possible, blaming the supplier - even though the contract was between me, the consumer, and them, the retailer, and it is therefore their responsibility to work effectively with the supplier.
Eventually it was picked up on 21st Feb at 7.30AM on Sunday morning - a ridiculous time that even the driver complained about. It is now March and there is still no sign of my refund.
I've requested details of the formal complaints process, but they have disregarded me twice. This is my consumer right, and I will be going to the relevant authorities if I do not get the information the third time.
Took over 4 weeks to deliver, will never use this company again........if you need anything is less than 4 weeks suggest you shop elsewhere. Tried to post feed back on their website but thet vet feedback and will not publish negative comments.
Very poor service overall. Money taken, item out of stock. Same old story it seems. I would never order from them again and I would advise anyone to avoid them.
2 wicker boxes (£150)
I bought 2 wicker boxes for £150. There was no indication that these items were out of stock when I was buying. But when I checked 5 days later on my account status, these are now out of stock and I have to wait for 4 weeks. I tried to find a customer service contact, which isn't at their website. In my order email, there was a phone number, which will cost 7p per minute! This company is definitely at the wrong end of scale for the customer care. I will definitely not use them again.
Sleeping bag - inaccurate tog
Inaccurate description of items. When I finally received it....it was poor quality and Inaccurate description.
I contacted customer service who just ignored my query altogether. Would never shop here again. Poor quality, poor customer service, poor delivery......overall crap.
Ordered a desk . First the color wasn't matching what we have ordered. The desk arrived chipped everywhere. The delivery driver was extremely rude to my wife (pregnant), and he didn't want to bring it to the second floor. Now i have arranged the pick up, and the operator is telling me , that they will come in the next "couple of days" ?? really ? I am working. do i suppose to stay home waiting for the collection. Obnoxious customer services, and crap and substandard material. Stay away from it !
